The playground, powered caravan, flat, grassy, giant jumping pillow and a half tennis court will keep the kids young and old entertained for hours. All cabins and villas have balconies and outdoor setting to can enjoy the fantastic climate. Skillful location and they receive insignificant dogs as well. T he story begins over 30 years ago back in the early 1980’s when The Nambucca River Tourist Park (NRTP) first opened its doors to tired travelers looking for a restful place to stay in a clam and beautiful location. Despite the Nambucca Valley being a marvelous destination for travelers and holiday makers seeking a relaxing, get away from it all holiday, our location then (as it is now) was also a useful half way point between Sydney and Brisbane. Originally a dairy farm serving the Nambucca Valley, the transformation of this 28 acres of land into a tourist resort’ began in 1979, with the park opening its doors in 1981 with onside vans and caravan and camping sites. It has been creating immense holiday memories for generations of families and travelers from all over the world ever since. Over the years since the park first opened there have been abundant owners, all of whom have left their mark and have shrived to continuously improve the park and its facilities, with the focus being on providing a family sociable environment for the guests of the park. Some of these improvements have included the introduction of 4 star Villas a jumping pillow putt golf a golf driving range and state of the art camp kitchen. We are also committed to continuing NRTP’s tradition of providing lofty quality affordable accommodation and facilities, superior customer service, and a relaxed and secure environment for all our guests to enjoy. Our motto is Discovered Us, Love us!, and we are elated to say that we are the Nambucca Valley’s only 4 star riverside caravan and tourist park. The park offers excellent value across a range of accommodation including self contained cabins, luxury villas, powered and unpowered caravan and camping sites. There is literally something for everyone. An bonus is that the park is Pet Sociable all year round for those on our caravan and camping sites. Unfortunately, No Pets are allowed in our cabin and villa accommodation. While NRTP has primarily been tourist oriented and this is set to continue, a portion of it has also been devoted to being a lifestyle village for the over 55s, The Nambucca River Village. Our stylish residents feel their village is a slice of paradise’.
